I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Queenstown with easy access to shops and restaurants while still being peaceful and quiet. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the staff provided great service despite a minor hiccup at reception. The dining experience was delightful with included delicacies. The facilities were excellent, making my trip even more enjoyable.
